better to relax your bones and if possible stretch yourself.

sitting position. Maintaining a bad sitting position can affect your work a
lot. If you are working on computers, do maintain an ideal distance between the
system and you. The monitor should be in the same height of your eyes. And do
make sure you don’t have to stretch yourself or bend down while typing. For
others make sure the work desk is at a good height, so that you have to bend
less to work.
